General Foreman – Dublin

CSR group is looking for an experienced General Foreman for a Renovation Project in County Dublin. The company is a family owned business and has a range of projects on currently. Looking for a hands on Foreman to join a great small company that has been delivering superb quality projects within the Leinster area for 20 years.

The Role

·         Responsible for the day to day running of the site.

·         Maintaining the highest of health and safety standards on site

·         Managing trades and labour

·         Maintaining Site Diary

·         Attending all relevant meetings

·         Reporting directly to the Managing Director

·         Ordering of supplies

The Person

·         Preferably from a trade background

·         Previous Site Management experience

·         Excellent communicator both verbal and written

·         Proficient IT skills

·         5 + years in a similar role

·         Keen eye for detail

·         Good team leader
