Junior Estimator - Fitout 

Our client, a well known specialist fitout contractor based in Co. Antrim seek to recruit a Junior Estimator.

As a Junior Estimator you will assist the Estimating team with their day to day duties of preparing tender bids. The successful candidate will also gain experience in the bid management process in order to gain a complete Pre Construction understanding.

This role may also be very suitable for a Quantity Surveying Graduate that would like to pursue a career in Estimating. 

The Key Requirements for Junior Estimator

• The successful individual will be committed and driven individual with ambitions of developing a successful career as an Estimator
• Demonstrate an analytical approach to enquiries
• Experience in Construction and the built environment is preferred but not essential with the relevant education
• Highly organised and efficient
• Highly numerical
• A degree qualification is preferred but not essential
