On behalf of out client in the Ballymena / Antrim Area CSR are currently recruitmenting a grounds /maintenance operative. 

Role and Responsibilities: 

• Driving, operating and maintaining a range of mechanical/ electrical equipment and machinery assicated with the provision of a grounds maintenance service in a commercial environment. This will include rotovators, chain saws, grass cutters, hedge trimmers, strimmers, push mowers, ride on movers and tractor mounted flail hedge-cutters. 
• Establishing and maintaining shrub beds and grassed areas including reclaiming and fencing off, ground planning and preparation, removal of dead trees, planting new trees and shrubs and bulbs
• To clear litter and larger debris
• To spray weed-killer and pesticides
• Loading and unloading of equipment
• Repair and minor maintenance of equiment and machinery

Essential Criteria:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Full Clean Driving licence 
• Health and Safety Awareness
