Our Client, an NI based leading Building and Civil engineering contractor, are currently looking to employ an experienced Document Controller for their head office in Cookstown
You will need to have experience of Aconex preferably
You will have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Document Controller/ Admin in a busy construction company or a related working environment and have knowledge of working with Aconex and other Document Management techniques including various industry recognised systems.
As an Document Controller /Admin you will be responsible for Information Management and document control throughout the HSEQ department, develop and implement document control process whilst managing the process of distribution of internal correspondence and ensure good relationships with external and internal client, checking compliance with document control standards and taking ownership of Communications Log;
