Quantity Surveyor - Lisburn 

£1M-£30M Projects | Hybrid | UK Travel | Interviews Next Week

What you'll be doing 

• Managing commercial delivery on live projects 
• Preparing valuations, variations, cost reports and final accounts 
• Leading procurement and negotiating subcontract packages 
• Supporting tenders and early cost planning 
• Working closely with PMs, design teams and clients 

What you need 

• QS experience within construction or modular 
• Strong commercial and contract knowledge 
• Confidence handling multi‑million‑pound projects 
• Good communication and negotiation skills 
• Willingness to travel occasionally to UK sites
