CSR are currently recruiting joiners based in Coleraine ( Maybe required to work throughout NI in exceptional circumstances)

Role & Responsibilities: 

• To repair, renew and maintain doors, door frames, windows etc 
• To undertake, as and when required first and second fix joinery work associated with major and minor construction work and other maintance and refurb work
• When required to fit cupboards, shelving and fencing, roof truses, slating and tiling flat roof construction
• Minor work outside trade as and when required
• To liaise with customers to arrange times and access and discuss requirements.
• To liaise with other staff and subcontractors to ensure timely completion
• Ensure that all work is performed in accordance to health and safety requirements 

Essential Criteria:

• Candidates must have either a time served or skilled apprenticeship and at least 1 years post apprenticeship exoerience 
• You must have a full current driving licence 

Desireable Criteria: 

• At least 3 Years post apprenticeship experience 
• Response maintance experiece 

Please note successful applicants will also be required to provide an emergency call out service, at night and weekends on a rota basis over a 7 day period.
