Title: Junior Estimator

Location: Dublin

CSR are currently working on behalf of a Specialist Fit-out Contractor, to recruit for a Junior Estimator.

You will be joining a highly experienced team, where you will gain a wealth of experience within fit out and refurbishment across a number of sectors.

The role:

Prepare estimates for all materials, labour and time required.

Preparation of interim valuations and final account submissions

Prepare report on a weekly, monthly basis

Negotiate and obtain competitive quotes from suppliers

Completion and presentation of tender reports

The person:

Joinery/ fit out background is desirable

Previous experience working in a Construction enviroment

Excellent numerical, IT and problem solving skills

Methodical approach with strong attention to detail

MS Excel proficient

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Must be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines

Establish and maintain effective working relationships
