JUNIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Location – Dublin

Type – Permanent / Full-Time

Package – 40k+ (DOE)

We are looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join the team. Ideally you will posses the following traits but is not restricted to:

·         Relevant third level qualification within quantity surveying/construction economics

·         0-3 years' experience

·         Ideally within a consultancy or developer role but others will be considered

·         High level of reporting skills

·         Shrewd precise eye for detail

·         Excellent experience dealing with sub-contractors and client side negotiations

·         Experience with residential, commercial and retail projects

·         Motivated individual who will go the extra mile

·         An ambitious individual who is looking to develop within their career

This company are open to applications from Junior Quantity Surveyors with a couple of years’ experience behind them, but would also be open to fresh graduates of 2018 and 2019 as well. They have a strong team of surveyors on board already with a great structure for push-starting a junior Quantity Surveyors career in the Heart of Dublin with a range of projects across Commercial, Residential, Data-Centre, Healthcare and Education sectors!
