Mechanical Project Manager
A building services contractor, specialising in large-scale commercial projects throughout the UK, wishes to recruit a Mechanical Project Manager to join their engineering projects team. Due to their continued growth, the Contracts Team are looking for an ambitious career driven individual to manage a prominent New Build Commercial Project in mainland UK.
The Mechanical Contracts/ Project Manager Role consists of all aspects of the management of allocated contracts to ensure that the business principles of quality, profitability and close client relationships are implemented at all times. You will be tasked with ensuring the successful completion of Mechanical installation projects; ensuring all activities is delivered to the agreed time, cost, service, specification and presentation. You will be expected to attend site meetings and organising the procurement of labour and material. In addition you will be building commercial relationships with clients on an engineering level almost on a daily basis.
The successful Project Manager will come from a strong background in delivering M&E on large-scale projects such with the Education, Healthcare & Commercial Sectors. You will be commercially astute, possess strong man-management skills and have the ability to develop good relationships.
Travel will be required to mainland UK 1-2 days per week.
