An M&E Contractor, with an exceptional reputation, are seeking to employ a Mechanical Contracts Manager to join their well-established team in Dublin.

A minimum of 5-10 years' experience is required with experience of mechanical installation projects of values of €2m+.

They pride themselves on ensuring the staff are well-rewarded and have an outstanding staff retention rate. The company have an excellent  reputation within the industry of providing a high quality service to their clients, which is indicative of their growth over the past 20 years.

About the Role:

•  Ensure all activities are delivered to the agreed time, cost, service, specification and presentation
• Continually identify business improvements and ensure the integration
•  Promote Business Development
• Liaising with Clients and Senior Management
•  Ensuring Health and Safety compliance

About the Candidate:

•  Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
•  Must have a mechanically biased background
•  Highly-motivated, excellent management/motivational skills
•  Excellent Technical knowledge
•  Track-record of delivering projects on time and within budget
•  Ambitious and target-driven
