Mechanical Contracts Manager – North Dublin

A North Dublin M&E Contractor with an excellent reputation within the commercial/ industrial sectors, are looking for a Mechanical Contracts Manager. They are experiencing a period of growth and undertake large-scale installation projects

About the Role:

·         Read, understand and scrutinise Specifications, Programmes and Drawings

·         Prepare contract documents e.g. Method Statements and Risk Assessments

·         Meet with Clients and Consultants

·         Carry out site visits and surveys

·         Prepare Handover documents

·         Manage contract costs and variations including procurement

·         Flexibility to work on multiple projects

About the Candidate:

·         5 Years' experience within similar job role

·         Able to run multiple projects of varying sizes and sectors

·         Ideally some estimating or design experience

·         Excellent, stable background throughout career
