CSR are currently recruiting a Mechanical Project Manager for our client who is a leading Mechancial contractor based in Cork. They have been in operation for over 20 years and have been involved in the successful completion of a number of important projects throughout Ireland.

They are looking for a talented and motivated Mechanical Project Manager to join their expanding team and to oversee a large scale residential project due to run for the next 5 years..

Role Requirements

• 5 years experience in a managerial role 
• Hold a full Driving licence
• Previous experience delivering residential schemes is beneficial
• Strong understanding of engineering contractors, suppliers and manufacturers

 Role Responsibilities

•  Ensuring that projects are delivered to the correct specifications and required quality/industry standards.
• Delivering design and build projects in liaison with internal and external design consultants
•  Conducting continuous improvement activities in line with the client’s requirements, implementing corrective and preventative action where required.
• Ensuring suitable Commissioning, Inspection and Test Plans are in place for all work carried out.
• Ensure that the Projects assigned to you are delivered on time and within budget 
• Attend Site progress meetings and inform management of progression on site
• responsible for the planning, oversight, and completion of a project, overseeing workers, the schedule, and the overall budget.
