CSR are souricng a skilled labourer who will be required to attend different sites/properties across Northern Ireland and occasionally in Scotland and Ireland to complete the issues identified in each site/property.

 Most of the works will be general maintenance or end of defects issues etc.

 Fault finding and resolving issues will also be required with this job and will require various skills therefore experience and knowledge of all trades is required.

 All jobs are arranged by the Office or the Contract Manager therefore the candidate needs to attend and carry out the works as per requirements. You will then be required to complete and send through detailed reports, photo and video evidence following findings or completion of the works.

 Van and phone will be provided however we expect the candidate to supply their own tools, but specialist tools can be provided when required.

 The ideal candidate will be capable in all the below areas and highly skilled in at least one:

• Carpentry
• Plumbing
• Plastering
• Roofing
• Tiling
• Painting & Decorating
• Basic landscaping / slabbing

Job Details:

• Monday to Friday (Occasionally for weekends)
• 0800 to 1730
• Company Van & Mobile
• Occasional travel may be required to Scotland & Ireland (Travel and Accommodation included
