CSR are currently recruiting a plumbing supervisor for our client who is a leading M&E contractor based in Dublin. They have been in operation for over 50 years and have been involved in the successful completion of a number of important projects throughout Ireland. They are looking for a talented and motivated Plumbing supervisor to join their expanding team.

Role Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience in plumbing & heating both commercial & domestic.
• Hold a full Driving licence.
• Assist with the development and oversight of the Plumbing maintenance budget
•  Supervise day-to-day operation of the Plumbing department
• Candidates must have up to date Safe Pass & Manual Handling Certificate
• Attend Site progress meetings and inform management of progression on site

Role Responsibilities

•  Hard working with leadership skills
•  Great Time keeping
•  good organisation and planning skills
• Previous experience overseeing a team of plumbers on both installation and maintenance work across multiple sites
• Monitor the work of team members
• Carry out regular performance reviews
•  Candidates must have up to date Safe Pass & Manual Handling Certificate
•  Must have experience in domestic and commercial.
• Must be proficient in general plumbing and heating.
