Salary: £35k - £45k (Negotiable) 

Our client is a well established Belfast Consultancy that is seeking a self-motivated professional to join their multi-disciplinary team, offering up a package from £35k right through to £45k depending on experience. 

The professional should be educated to an HND on Univerisyt degree level with a full understanding of design and construction processes and procedures. The project sectors range from Commercial to residential to Hotel and retail projects to name a few. 

It is also vital that the professional is a member of the Association of Project Safety (APS) and holds a NEBOSH or IOSH ceritifcate. 

Coming in at a senior level, there will be further scope to progress into management roles in due course following promising performance. 

Key Accountabilities 

• Responsible for maintaining computer / office/ project records;
• Involvemnt in overseeing design with full understanding
• Acts as a point of contact for the department / project;
• Conducts site visits and CDM Conformity Checks;
• Delivers specific CDM / H&S  project work across multiple projects.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

• General knowledge of professional area (CDM / H&S);
• Sufficient grasp of current legislation;
• Reliable technical abilities / input;
• Proactive to new skills and learning;
• Commitment to ongoing development as the demands of the role requires.
