Project Manager – Dublin

CSR group is looking to recruit a Project Manager for a hotel project in Dublin City.

The project itself has already started with basement been completed. This is a new 6 storey, 180 bed hotel located in South Dublin City.

Project has a value of roughly €40 million and will last 14-18 months

Our client is one of Ireland’s leading Main contractors

The Role

• Comply with the Health & Safety aspects of the project in line with company policies and procedures.
• Report directly to the Contracts Manager.
• Delivery of capital projects on budget and to schedule.
• Reviewing tenders with operations team as necessary.
• Participating in preparation of necessary documents for inclusion on tender submissions, including site visits.
• Planning and programming of work.

The person

• Have extensive experience with Hotels
• 7yrs+ experience in a similar role
• Excellent communicator
• Keen eye for detail
• Team player
• Able to work to deadlines
• Experience with large projects
• An emphasis on health and safety
• This person will be responsible for the day to day running of the site while attending meetings, responsible for the quality of work.
