We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee the construction of a mixed-use development comprising 72 modern apartments and retail units on the ground floor in North Dublin City. This is a prime opportunity for a driven professional to lead a high-profile project from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a mixed-use development, including 72 apartments and retail units, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Coordinate all phases of construction, from site setup and groundwork through to final handover.
- Manage project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants, ensuring efficient collaboration and communication.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring the project is delivered within agreed-upon schedules and financial targets.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards on site.
- Liaise with key stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, local authorities, and vendors, to ensure clear communication and issue resolution.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment in line with project specifications and requirements.
- Conduct regular progress meetings and site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring proactive problem-solving and conflict resolution.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a strong background in residential and commercial/retail developments.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Comprehensive understanding of Irish building regulations, health & safety standards, and compliance.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Experience in stakeholder management, including client and contractor relationships.
- Ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Full driving license and flexibility to work on-site in North Dublin City.
