Project Manager (Belfast Consultancy)

Salary:                  £30,000 - £40,000 (DOE)

The Company

Your new employer is a construction consultancy in Belfast who has secured a mass of new work for 2020. They require a Project Manager to join their team of surveyors and PMs to become part of a team working on projects in Northern Ireland and in London. Both of these projects are very prestigious and well known and would be fantastic projects to have your name on.  

Most of their project portfolio is made up of premium hotel works along with some student accommodation and mixed use developments.

In these uncertain times, this company still possess the requirement for staff and would be happy to make initial contact with candidates and develop a relationship for a role in the near future when everything settles down.

Responsibilities

You will be included and/expected to be aware of:

·         Planning processes

·         Project costs

·         Programs used

·         Specifications

·         Client warranties and insurances

·         Start to finish process of Design & Build projects

The Opportunity

With very few project manager roles becoming available in Belfast and indeed Northern Ireland at this moment in time, this is a great chance to seize this opportunity! Your new employer is keen to get a project manager to join their team in the very near future, as soon as possible. Interviews for this role will be commencing straight away with the company director next week when relevant applications come through. They are considering people of different levels, and salary will be based upon your personal experience.
