Project Manager – Dublin City

CSR group is looking for an Experienced Project Manager for a large scale project in Dublin West.

This tier 1 company is an industry leader in all aspects of the construction industry and has went from strength to strength for over 80 years. They are looking for an ambitious and highly motivated person to join their management team.

The Role 

• Report to the Contracts Manager.
• Responsible for the planning and coordinating of all aspects of the construction process.
• Setting up daily/weekly tasks for site foremen/managers.
• Ensuring all Health and Safety requirements and best practises are adhered to.
• Responsible for making sure the project is done on time and within budget.
• Attend all Management meetings.

The Candidate

• Degree in relevant field highly beneficial but not essential, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
• 8yrs+ experience with Main Contractors in the Irish and UK market.
• 3yrs+ experience as a Project Manager.
• Excellent Communicator both verbally and written.
• Motivated, ambitious and keen eye for detail.
• Proficient with computers.
