Project Manager (Belfast Consultancy)

Qualification: MSc Project Management (preferably)
Background: Project management (Civils)
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (DOE)
Your new employer is a construction consultancy in Belfast who has secured a mass of new work for 2021/22. They require a Project Manager to join their team of Civil Engineers and PMs to become part of a team working on projects across Northern Ireland.
With a building and civils division, their civils division has a fantastic range of projects including education, public sector transport and NI Water schemes.
Winning a lot of work since the start of 2021 and as recently as this week, the position of Project Manager has now become available in order to expand their team.
You will be included and/expected to be aware of:
· Planning processes
· Statutory Engagement
· Use of AutoCAD and Microdrainage softwares (Preferably)
· Project costs
· Programs used
· Client warranties and insurances
· Start to finish process of Design & Build projects
· NEC3 / 4
· Passionate about the role
· Ability to fit into current team
· Drive to progress yourself and your new employer
· Passion to continue or to start your PM career
With very few project manager roles becoming available in Belfast and indeed Northern Ireland at this moment in time, this is a great chance to seize this opportunity! Your new employer is keen to get a project manager to join their team in the very near future, as soon as possible. Interviews for this role will be commencing straight away with the company director next week when relevant applications come through.
