Project Manager - Belfast

£70M New Build & Restoration

CSR Construction excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to work for one of Northern Irelands Top Tier building companies. The Contactor has significantly grown over the last 5 years and boasts an excellent reputation for project delivery. A large proportion of their works is through repeat business from clients. This high profile project will hit the ground in the next 6 weeks, so the Contractor is keen to appoint a Project Manager. The development is valued at £70M and consists of a new build and a full restoration of an additional build. The new build element has a RC Frame with brick & blockwork, external façade and is a 32 month contract.

Responsibilities:

Ability to deliver project on time and to perfection

Produce accurate, consistent and professional records, reports and general information

To carry out the role of company representation on site and to interface between the company and client

Manage and motivate site teams

Conduct Risk Assessments

Ensure all processes are being adhered to on a project by project basis

Ensuring that end product meets client's expectation in relation to build and finish

Reporting to Construction Director

All Health & Safety and other regulatory matters

Requirements:

Extensive main contracting background is essential

Previous £5M+ project experience

Ability to work on own initiative

Self-motivated and hard worker

Strong team building skills

Analytical and decision making skills

Technical and practical knowledge of the building industry important

Advance knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint and industry specific software

Strong budgeting and financial management skills

Excellent written and oral presentation skills
