Project Manager- Tipperary

Our client a leading Civil Contractor with over 20 years of experience in Ireland and the UK are seeking a Project Manager for a civils groundworks project.  This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager with civils groundworks management experience to work with a leading civil contractor offering a market leading salary and benefits package 

Responsibilities:

- Take charge of managing and overseeing the entire groundworks project in Tipperary.

- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and clients.

- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

- Monitor project progress, resolve any issues, and keep stakeholders informed.

- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure project success.

 Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a project manager, specifically in groundworks projects.

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and quality standards.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet project deadlines.
