Project Manager - Belfast Project

CSR Construction is working with an established building contractor who has over 60 years' experience within the industry. The contractor has a proven track record in delivering award winning projects. Due to the increased confidence in the market they have started the process of developing their own land. Large scale commercial experience is important to be successful in this role. This is a £60M project based in the city centre that will have a strong project team in place, with a Senior Project Manager as guidance. 2 year project, attractive salary and package.

Criteria

• Building Background
• Demonstrable record of successfully delivering New Build Commercial Projects valued £5M+
• Experience of planning and monitoring project programmes to budgets and resources ensuring delivery to time and cost constraints
• Ambitious and self-motivated
• Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with all levels of staff and clients
• Experience of managing and developing a team

Duties

• Ensure that project design solutions are delivered to the highest standards and meet programme and budgetary constraints
• Day to day running of Site
• Planning resourcing of projects and monitoring against budgets
• Preparing and monitoring work programmes to deliver projects to deadlines
• Responsibility for maintaining excellent client relationships
• Providing specialist technical leadership
