Project Manager – Cork

CSR group is looking for an experienced Project Manager for an upcoming development in Cork City.

Looking for an experienced Project Manager with Main contracting experience to be the Number 1 on site. Project is due to start shortly and will last 18 months roughly.

The Project

•                      Working closely with the Director

•                      Ensure all best practices for health and safety are being followed.

•                      Delivery of capital projects on budget and to schedule.

•                      Overseeing & organising the various project work streams to ensure a successful project delivery.

•                      participating in preparation of necessary documents for inclusion on tender submissions, including site visits

•                      Planning and programming of work

The Person

•                      Proven previous experience

•                      7+ years Project Management experience with a 3rd level degree in a relevant discipline.

•                      Main contractors experience preferable

•                      High level of ability and advanced knowledge of Construction methods and technologies

•                      Strong budgeting and financial management skills

•                      Excellent eye for detail

•                      Excellent written and interpersonal skills
