CSR are seeking experienced Project Managers on behalf of one of the UK and Ireland’s leading fit out contractors. The client is actively seeking Site Managers to join an ever-growing team of successful and determined individuals, throughout the London area.

About the Company

The client is one of the Uk's brightest up and coming fit out and refurbishment contractor possessing am already highly impressive and growing portfolio of projects.  Specialising primarily within the hospitality sector, the company however does also host a range of opportunities within high end commercial and residential.

About the Role

The client is offering new and exciting opportunities for experienced Project Managers for upcoming projects throughout the London area.  The role offers an excellent base for long term project experience and career progression.  The ideal candidate will be expected to have a proven track record of successful delivery on previous fit out or refurbishment projects.

Qualifications/Skills

• Must have qualification or be able to demonstrate suitable knowledge and experience in their specific skillset

• CSCS card

• CITB SSSTS certificate holder (or equivalent)

• Good computer literacy with Microsoft Office skills including Word and Excel with ability to work competently on Project Software.

• Driving licence 

• Knowledge of safety and environmental legislation

• Experience of working in a fast paced and busy environment

• Maintain strong working relationships with everyone on site
