By joining this Award Winning Contractor, you will be involved on High Rise RC frame buildings within the Hotel, Student Accommodation and Mixed-Use Sectors.

The Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will play an integral role of the delivery of a £20M Project in Central Dublin.

The day to day responsibilities of the Quantity Surveyor are:

•  Measurement and valuation

•  Administration of contracts

•  Subcontract / materials orders and buying

•  Obligations under the contract

•  Claims, loss and expense

The Person

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor should have experience of working within the Construction industry for a Contractor.

•  Proven track record delivering new build projects

•  Commercial attitude

•  Wants to stay and grow with business

•  Health & Safety

Applicants coming from a main contracting background will be prioritised.
