Project Quantity Surveyor – Dublin

A project QS is required to work on behalf of a leading Building contractor for work in Central Dublin.

Working on projects across commercial, retail, healthcare, data centres and pharmaceutical, the successful candidate will work across the entire lifecycle of projects from inception to final handover while initial;ly being based on a €100m project due to commence in early December

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for

·         Making sure that construction costs and production are managed as efficiently as possible

·         Variations

·         Measurement

·         Valuations

·         final accounts

Criteria

·         Degree educated in Quantity Surveying or related topic

·         7+ years’ experience working as a Quantity Surveyor

·         Excellent commercial acumen

·         Strong leadership skills
