Project Quantity Surveyor - Joinery/ Fitout

CSR is actively recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a fitout and joinery specialist with a number of projects based in the heart of London. Our highly established client works within the Commercial, Residential, Leisure and Prime Residential sectors, and has worked on many impressive and architecturally challenging projects across the UK.

With Head Office based in Co. Antrim, the company pride themselves on providing employees with long term career opportunities, and a good working environment.

With projects based in mainland UK, some travel will be required to site (1 night per fortnight).

The role

The right person for this role will have experience as a Quantity Surveyor who has previously dealt with Fit-Outs, and refurbishments. Responsibilities in this position include procurement CVR's, Valuations, Value engineering, and Measurements.
