A Top Tier Main Contractor is currently seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their team initially to work be involved on Commercial & Education Projects.

Reporting to the Managing Quantity Surveyors you will be the Project QS and ideally 3-4 years previous experience working for a main contractor. Exposure to projects of value over £5M is desirable especially working on commercial projects.

The Project Surveyor will be expected to assist a Senior Quantity Surveyor with the commercial aspects of the project including:

o    Sub-contractor procurement

o    Accounts

o    Variations

o    Valuations
