A well-known, Dublin based main building contractor is currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to initially deliver a €50m refurb and fit out project in Central Dublin.

The Company

Operating for over 100 years, the company has developed a reputation for delivering marquee projects to a diverse range of clients throughout the Irish construction market.

With turnover projected to double in the next 3 years, the company is undergoing a period of measured growth and so is looking to recruit an Experienced Quantity Surveyor.

You will initially be based on an 18 month project in Central Dublin which is a €50m refurb and fit-out project.  Supporting Senior Commercial Staff you will gain exposure across the entire project lifecycle.

The Person

·         Degree educated in Quantity Surveying or strong construction experience

·         5+ years’ experience in a similar role

·         Keen to learn and develop

·         Excellent communication and reporting skills
