Quantity Surveyor (Bank Monitoring)

Your New Company

We are working with a well-known Construction Consultancy who has project management, cost management, due diligence and advisory services for a range of different clients in a number of different sectors.      

The Role

It requires a Fund Monitor who has the ability to carry out development and fund monitoring as well as due diligence services, in most cases to bank clients. These projects would range anything from 10 million euros and above!

Preferably someone coming from a Consultancy or contracting background in terms of the QS’ing. You will be expected to be able to provide professional and accurate advice directly to the client. You will be proficient at report writing and should be able to develop and maintain a good working relationship with the clients.

Requirements

·         PQS/Contractor background

·         Adaptable and good at building and maintaining relationships

·         Report drafting

·         Presentation and IT Skills

·         Great understanding of costs in terms of construction and development procurement

·         Knowledge of Building Control and planning

·         Contract and statutory bodies knowledge
