Role -                    Quantity Surveyor

Location -            Remote Working / Work from home (Full Time)

Level -                  Intermediate to Senior

Projects -             Large/Multi Storey Residential

Travel -                 2 days per month Maximum (London)

The Opportunity

CSR are working closely with a London based client to find an NI based Quantity Surveyor to work remotely from home on their projects. With just two days of travel required per month, the role will entail working from home Full Time, meaning you can work on some fantastic UK based projects from the comfort of your own home!

The ideal candidate for the role will have experience in high value residential projects, preferably multi storey with a minimum of approximately 5+ years in a Quantity Surveying role. An added bonus would be Chartership however it would not be an essential criteria if you have the relevant experience.

Responsibilities

·         Cost Planning

·         Preparation of Bills of Quantities

·         Tender documentation

·         Producing estimates

·         Contract documentation

·         Proficiency in Pre-Construction stage

·         Client relationship management

Experience Criteria

·         Quantity Surveying Degree (or Masters)

·         APC qualified or working towards it (Preferably)

·         Pre-Construction experience

·         Former experience in consultancy environment

·         Willingness to travel 2 days per month Maximum

·         Billing software proficient
