Quantity Surveyor – Co. Meath

One of Irelands top 5 main contractors is currently recruiting an experienced Quantity Surveyor to work initially on a €50m project in Co. Meath.

The company has developed a reputation for delivering complex projects across multiple sectors over its 100 year history.

Based in the Dublin office, the successful candidate will work closely with project teams ensuring the successful delivery of a pharmaceutical Project based in County Meath.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for:

•           Prepare tender and contract documents,

•           Cost analysis

•           Feasibility studies

•           Perform risk, value management and cost control

•           Sub-contractor management

Criteria

·         Degree educated in Quantity Surveying or relevant subject

·         2+ years in a similar role with Main contractor, Sub-contractor or PQS practice

·         Strong reporting capabilities

·         Excellent communicator

·         Strong leadership capabilities.
