I am currently recruiting for a medium sized Main Contractor based in Tyrone who that deliver new build commercial projects based in NI only. This company will undertake other projects such as educational, healthcare and community projects ranging from £1m to £6m.

This role reports into the Commercial Manager/Director with the opportunity to grow with this company.. They have predicted growth and that will create more opportunities as it happens.

The ideal candidate MUST have;

• 2+ years' experience working as a Quantity Surveyor

It is desirable to have;

• Further education covering Quantity Surveying
• Experience in both new build and refurbishments
• Experience in a variety of projects, including schools and commercial

Key skills required;

• Financially astute
• Energetic and ambitious
• Strong commercial acumen
