The CSR Group is working with a leading, cork based main contractor in their recruitment of an experienced Quantity Surveyor based in Cork. 

The company has picked up a number of projects including a 150 unit residential scheme in Cork that is due to run for the next 2 years.  They are actively recruiting for a QS to oversee the delivery of this, and other projects.

Reporting to the commecial director, you will be based primarily onsite and will oversee delivery of a complex residential scheme with the support from the management team. 

The successful quantity Surveyor will have a 4-12 years experience working as a QS and will have strong commercial acumen, a keen eye for detail, and a results driven approach.

• Valuations
• Cost reporting
• final accounts
