A Specialist joinery firm from Co Tyrone are experiencing a period of sustained growth and require a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to join the team.

The company with over 50 years' experience in their field have built an impressive portfolio of projects working alongside some of the UK & Irelands leading Contractors.  

Sectors which the company have become successful at include high end residential (both new build and historic restoration), hospitality and high end retail.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare tender documents, contracts, bills of quantities and other documentation
• Cost, Value & reconciliation reporting
• Preparation & effective management of project procurement schedule
• Valuation management
• Ensuring company policies. Procedures and financial reporting systems are followed

Requirements

• Valid post grad experience in Fitout/Main Building
• Third level qualification in a relevant discipline
