Quantity Surveyor - Kilkenny

A growing main contractor is currently recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to manage projects throughout the Kilkenny and Carlow regions

Reporting to the Company Director, you will be responsible for multiple sites ranging in value from €1m - €8m.

Projects vary from Housing to fit-out / Refurb and Commercial design and build to government contracts.

The Person

·         Degree educated in Quantity Surveying or strong construction experience

·         7+ years’ experience in a similar role

·         Strong negotiator

·         Excellent leadership

·         Excellent communication and reporting skills
