Quantity Surveyor - Specialist Contractor

A Co. Antrim based Specialist Contractor has a requirement for an intermediate to senior level Quantity Surveyor to join the team.  

The company is going through a period of expansion and this role will allow the Quantity Surveyor to continue progressing through the organisation, whilst developing and adding to the QS department.

Working as the Senior Surveyor, you will carry out the following duties:

• Managing commercial aspects of projects from conception to completion
• Managing valuations
• Pricing variations
• Producing CVR's
• Managing final accounts
• Subcontract Packages
• Guide & mentor assistant surveyor

The QS will have a minimum of 4/5 years' Quantity Surveying experience, from a main contracting, civil or specialist subcontracting background.

You will have a degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline. Other key attributes required include:
