Currently representing a leading NI contractor, CSR welcomes applications from Residential Quantity Surveyors to join a well-established commercial team.

The Quantity Surveyor will be managing high-end residential projects in London area and be based in Head Office in County Antrim, with travel required to England monthly and fortnightly. This position reports to the Commercial Director.

It is envisaged that the successful candidate will need prior experience working for another housebuilding and will be willing to commute to mainland UK 2-3 days per month. Good tenure and a full driving licence are essential for the position.

Quantity Surveyor Position Requirements

• Prior housebuilding or high-end residential experience
• Full driving licence
• Ideally Project/ Intermediate QS but may consider a Senior QS
