Senior Contracts Manager – Dublin

CSR group is looking for a Senior Contracts Manager for 2 very large scale housing projects in Dublin. Our client is one of Irelands leading main contractors and they are a market leader in just about every aspect of the industry. They are looking for a highly experienced and capable individual to join their team and lead from the front. Great opportunity for progression and a market leading salary and benefits package.

The Role

• Work closely with the Directors.
• Assist in tender submissions through the preparation of programmes of work and chairing production meetings
• Manage the relationship with key stakeholders including project team, clients, sub-contractors, local authority
• Lead the project team and ensure that all work is completed on schedule, to project specifications and in budget
• Ensure the productive running of the site identifying and resolving potential problems
• Oversee multiple project teams within Dublin.
• Support the project teams and surveyors.
• Attend all necessary meetings.
• Work closely with the clients.

The Person

• 3rd Level Qualification in a related Construction field.
• 10 years+ in a similar role.
• Qualification in H&S, BIM would be highly beneficial
• Main Contracting experience working on Large scale Projects.
• Methodical, meticulous in nature.
• Excellent communication across the board.
• A real team leader.
