Senior Engineer / Site Manager - Long term NI

CSR Construction is recruiting for a Senior Site Engineer / Site Manager, for a long term career opportunity in the Greater Belfast area. The House Builder has been operating for over 50 years in the local market, winning a number of prestigious awards along the way. The company is looking for a construction professional that has a keen interest in a long term career in housing. The successful candidate will come from an engineering background but doesn't necessarily have to have housing experience. The company will spend time training and going over their systems for the successful candidate. Competitive salary with van & fuel.

Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility of the project
• Supervision of all direct and sub-contract staff
• Health & Safety / Risk Assessments
• Weekly reports to Contracts Management

Criteria:

• Minimum 5 years engineering experience
• Health & Safety management
• Computer literacy
• Site Management Safety Pass
