CSR are pleased to be working with one of the UK and Ireland's leading construction contractors in their pursuit of a Senior Engineer to join their team. The client is actively looking for a senior engineer to work, initially in Northern Ireland, but also join them on projects throughout the UK when required.

The client is a well-established and renowned building and engineering contractor possessing a highly impressive and growing portfolio of projects. 

About the Role

The client is offering new and exciting opportunities for a Senior Engineer to work initally out of Northern Ireland but also for upcoming projects throughout the UK.  The role offers an excellent base for long term project experience and career progression.  The ideal candidate will be expected to have a proven track record of successful delivery on previous pre-cast and setting out projects. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting Project Managers in supervising the development of the site through to completion, ensuring that programme, quality and cost targets are achieved in accordance with the build programme, through the effective management of the site team and sub-contractors

Qualifications/Skills

·           Degree in civil engineering or time served

·           Must have qualification or be able to demonstrate suitable knowledge and experience in their specific skillset

·          CSCS card

·         Good computer literacy with Microsoft Office skills including Word and Excel with ability to work competently on Project   Software.

·           Driving licence

·         Knowledge of safety and environmental legislation

·         Experience of working in a fast paced and busy environment

·         Maintain strong working relationships with everyone on site
