My client is a top tier main contractor based in London that is wishing to appoint a Senior Level Estimator.

The Senior Estimator will be working on mainly Design & Build contracts within the commercial, industrial, leisure and education sectors. With projects ranging from £10M-£60M, you will be predominantly office based (4 days), and work from home the remaining day.

The successful estimator will be a senior member of the team and will work closely with other pre-construction teams e.g. design & planning, and the Directors.

Essential & Desirable Criteria:

• Successful delivery across a wide range of tenders
• Have experience of various construction methods
• Experience of controlling costs, timing and quality in line with targets
• Experience of reading and accurately interpreting drawings and technical specifications
• Good standard of mathematical ability
• Minimum of 5 years + experience in Estimating/ Cost Planning.
• Significant experience on large-scale commercial projects
• Have experience on working on tendering projects over £10M+ in value.
• Estimating software experience
• Construction Related Degree

A very generous salary package will be tailored to the Senior Estimator ranging from £100-120K, depending on experience.
