An exciting opportunity has arisen with my Client, a leading consultancy based in Co Antrim for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer.  

The successful Mechanical Engineer will be involved in the design of building services for a wide variety of projects across Commercial, Education and Hospitality. For example within hospitality the company have an impressive portfolio with many well-known high end hotel brands.

Typical Responsibilities

• Design and management of mechanical engineering content of the architectural, building and design projects
• To ensure the mechanical engineering content of the schemes is carried out within approves budgets and agreed timescales
• Promote highest quality of design and construction standards for mechanical engineering with emphasis on value for money
• Oversee and monitor Design and Technical Specifications from a team of mechanical engineers
• Actively working as a member of the team contributing ideas and innovative solutions

Requirements

The successful Mechanical Design Engineer will possess the following:-

• Bs/Ms in Mechanical Engineering
• A creative individual with excellent Communication Skills
• Team Player
• 5-10 years experience
