Project Manager (Belfast Consultancy)

Location:             Belfast (Project in London)

Travel:                  1 Day per week (Flights, Accommodation (if required) etc all covered)

Employer:           Consultancy

Level:                    Senior (NEC experience advantageous)

Qualification:    MSc Project Management (preferably)  

Background:       Project management (potentially QSing/BSing background with some experience as PM)

Salary:                  £40,000 - £50,000 (DOE)

The Company

Your new employer is a construction consultancy in Belfast who has secured a mass of new work for 2020 and into 2021. They require a Project Manager to join their team of surveyors and PMs to become part of a team working initially on a multi-million pound Public Realm Scheme project in London. Projects also lined up include a Housing Development and Multi-million pound Sports Complex.

With a mass of work in NI and in London, this company have a great list of projects to get involved in across various different sectors.  

Responsibilities

You will be included and/expected to be aware of:

·         Planning processes

·         Project costs

·         Programs used

·         Specifications

·         Client warranties and insurances

·         Start to finish process of Design & Build projects

The Opportunity

With very few project manager roles becoming available in Belfast and indeed Northern Ireland at the moment, this is a great chance to seize this opportunity! Interviews for this role will be commencing straight away with the company director this week when relevant applications come through. They are considering people of different levels but preferably senior, and salary will be based upon your personal experience.
