Senior Project Manager – Pharma (North Dublin)

CSR Construction has a new opportunity with one of Irelands leading Building and Civil Engineering companies. This well-established construction company works in a range of sectors that includes commercial, education, healthcare and mixed use developments. Generally, their projects range from €10M - €200M+. The successful Project Manager will have the overall management and responsibility of a major multimillion project coming on board in North Dublin. This project is a major pharma development, which is a greenfield site. Fantastic opportunity and Excellent salary and package on offer with this position.

Criteria

Proven track record completing projects of €50M+

Large scale construction PM experience essential

Extensive experience with a main contractor

Strong trades / Engineering background

Duties

Overall management of project

Management of Site Teams and Sub - Contractors

Providing technical support and Ordering Materials

Read drawing and make amendments

Dealing with issues on own initiative

Chair Site meetings

Liaise with the Architect and Client when required
