Description

CSR are currently working alongside a multidisciplinary construction consultancy based in Belfast who wishes to develop their growing team into the Dublin market. With a successful history of Dublin projects, they now wish to grow in the market by developing their brand with an office in ROI. They have recently won various Public/Private sector projects in the south worth up to 400 million euros, and now wish to recruit a Senior Project Manager to assist in these projects.

Scope for development is fantastic with the potential of eventually spearheading the office with the assistance of the already well developed Belfast office. This role is on a permanent basis, with a great package associated with it.

Requirements

·         6-8+ years’ experience

·         MRICS Qualified

·         NEC / JCT contracts

·         Quantity Surveying Background (Preferred)

·         Ambition to assist growing a successful office

·         Track record of success
