The Role
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take a leading commercial role across a portfolio of building projects, ensuring cost control, accurate reporting, and smooth delivery from tender through to final account. You’ll work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and clients while contributing to the continued success of a respected industry name. This is a great opportunity for an established Quantity Surveyor.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee project costs and commercial performance

Manage valuations, variations, and final accounts

Handle procurement and subcontractor management

Produce monthly cost reports
-
Ensure contract compliance
What You Need
-
A Level 8 degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
-
3+ years’ experience in a similar role
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, accurate reports

Demonstrated experience managing subcontractors and maintaining strong client relationships

Solid problem‑solving ability with a proactive approach to challenges

Good understanding of current industry contract forms

Proficient in Microsoft Office, with familiarity in Bluebeam, CostX, or Cubit (training can be provided)

Capable of working effectively under pressure, both independently and within a team

Motivated, ambitious, and committed to progressing your career within a commercial team
