Senior Quantity Surveyor

·         Salary:  €70k - €80k + Benefits + Car / Car allowance

One of Ireland’s most well-known tier one Main Contractors is currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a large scale project in Central Dublin.

With a strong pipeline of work throughout Dublin and Leinster, ranging in value from €10m - €200m the company has delivered some of Ireland’s most prestigious projects.

Due to continued growth, they are actively recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to deliver projects across varying sectors.

The Person:

·         Degree level qualification (or equivalent)

·         7+ years’ experience working in a similar role with either a Main contractor, Sub-contractor or consultancy

·         Previous experience delivering projects from inception to completion

·         Experience leading project teams & chairing meetings

·         Excellent time management skills

·         The ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines

·         Excellent communication skills
