Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager

My Client a leading Main Building Specialist Subcontractor due to a recent period of growth require a senior level Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager to lead the team.

In their respected sector they are in the Top 5 in NI and continue to secure new projects across many areas such as healthcare, hospitality, commercial & retail.

Key Responsibilities

• Initial Review of Tender Documentation and working with General Manager on conclusion of contract negotiations
• Dispute Management
• Produce quotations and pre-estimates
• Monitor Budgets and track progress against annual plan
• Working with procurement team on the selection and appointment of sub contractors
• Provide Cash Flow Forecasts
• Contract Interpretation
• Work with operational Teams to provide accurate financial forecasts
• Support, develop and mentor colleagues on commercial and contractual areas

Key Requirements

• Qualified in Quantity Surveying or other relevant profession and/or 10 years quantity Surveying Experience
• Dispute resolution experience
